EMCOP app for iPhone and iPad

The South Carolina Emergency Management Common Operating Picture (EMCOP), a crisis management system (CMS) supporting emergency management processes and functions, provides a common operating picture with comprehensive situational awareness for SCEMD and its federal, county and local strategic partners.

EMCOP is a map-based tool that combines event reporting, resource tracking and shelter monitoring with locally generated pre-event, event-specific, and post-event data for daily operations, exercises, local responses and other operations:

• Create County Significant Events
• Create Resource Requests
• Track Shelter status
• Receive notification messages
• View data from multiple incidents
